Our policy lasts 60 days. If 60 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require an order number, receipt, or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
We offer free returns and exchanges on all non-discounted items available in the store. This does not apply to anything purchased from the clearance section or during any special sales event.
To initiate a return, click the customer account link near the top of every page to the left of the shopping cart icon. Alternatively, you can click this link to go directly there. This will take you to your order history. Once there, click the order you wish to return. On the next page you'll see your order information. Click the "request return" button near the upper right corner of the page. On the next page select your reason for return from the drop down box and click request return. Once your return request is reviewed, you'll receive an email with return instructions and a return shipping label (for eligible orders).
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund within 48 hours of us notifying you that it has been processed, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us via the chat button at the bottom of every page.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be returned, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We can only offer exchanges for items that are listed at the same price as the item you wish to exchange, such as a different size in the same item you originally purchased. If you wish to exchange for an item of different value, please initiate a return for refund and purchase the desired item separately. To initiate an exchange, follow the instructions for starting a return, but indicate in your message that you would like an exchange instead. Our automated returns process located here also supports exchanges for items of the same value.
Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: 305 E. E. Wallace Blvd N, Ferriday, LA, 71334, United States. If you received a pre-paid shipping label for your return, simply affix it to the outside of the package you are using for the return and take it to your local post office.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If your initial order included a shipping cost, that amount will be deducted from from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
